Heritage Candles

When planning a Heritage range of candles, all of the shapes in the group came immediately to mind. No hours-long design sessions needed. The only question was would it be possible to capture the details of stonework accurately. Well, thanks to Rosemary Ryan, a professional model maker, and the properties of silicone rubber, used by archaeologists world wide, a surprising amount of detail is faithfully shown in miniature.
The moulds are all made in-house and heavily insulated to slow the cooling of the wax. The result – bigger crystals which replicate the granite, limestone and basalt of the original structures.
